Before launching his business career, Andrew spent nearly a decade as a professional soccer player, competing for several

of the league’s top teams and earning multiple accolades.

His athletic career took him across the country and internationally, where he gained a reputation for his work ethic, leadership, and competitive spirit.

After a career-ending injury, Andrew transitioned into coaching, founding a powerhouse youth soccer club in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Under his leadership, his high school team captured multiple state championships, and he was recognized as Coach of the Year before advancing to the collegiate coaching level.

In addition to coaching, Andrew partnered with a former professional teammate to develop an international sports apparel company, where he spent the past decade driving its growth into one of the most sought-after brands among top professional athletes worldwide.

His leadership spanned marketing, e-commerce, retail operations, professional player relations, manufacturing, and business development.

Andrew brings a unique perspective to athletes transitioning from professional sports into their post-field careers—helping them establish financial stability and long-term success.

A graduate of Towson University, Andrew earned his B.S. in Social Sciences while competing on an athletic scholarship. Today, he continues to share his love for the game by coaching his children, Thomas, Ari, & Esme. Andrew, his wife Shaina, their kids and rescue dog, Finny, enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening and traveling.
