Kristin L. Kelly began her career in financial services in 2015, following nearly two decades as a TV News Reporter and Anchor with major networks across the country. She also served as the Arena Host for the Washington Capitals NHL team.
As part of her family-owned firm, Kristin works alongside her parents and siblings, proudly serving business owners, families, public safety professionals, athletes, coaches, and retirees nationwide. Their firm provides on-site, complimentary educational workshops and individualized corporate benefit solutions for businesses, professional athletes, and public safety associations, all across the country.
With a focus on holistic financial health and wellness, the KFS team designs a customized approach, combining strategy, innovation, and compassion—ensuring clients receive tailored guidance at every stage of life.
She's the creator of three Financial Wellness Programs; including Finance 360 (geared towards families, business owners and retirees), The Apex Academy for student and professional athletes, and Code 3 Financial - a wellness program specific to the needs of public safety and frontline workers.
Kristin has been a featured agent, speaker, and trainer a top Fortune 100 organization. In this role, she educates, coaches, and mentors both new and experienced agents across the country.
Deeply connected to the public safety and military community, Kristin’s father served in the U.S. Navy, her paternal grandfather retired as a Battalion Chief in the fire service, and both maternal grandparents served in the U.S. Army. Supporting those who serve remains a cornerstone of her firm’s mission.
A proud graduate of Hofstra University in Long Island, New York, Kristin earned her degree in Broadcast Journalism while competing as a Division I All-American Lacrosse Player. She was named Coca-Cola’s Athletic MVP and selected to the 1st Team All-Conference as well as the All-Star team.
Kristin is also an active board member for several community organizations, a longtime volunteer for numerous nonprofits, a lacrosse coach, and an animal rescuer. She has emceed countless charity events for organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, SPCA, Wounded Warriors, and dozens of public safety and nonprofit groups nationwide.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Kevin, their two children, Lucas and Charlotte, and their beloved pets, Hudson and Elvis.
Fun Fact: Kristin is classically trained on the violin, having started at the age of three. She successfully completed the Suzuki Program.

Paige Unitas serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Business Development for KFS.
In this role, she oversees client-care and client-relations functions, drives business development initiatives, marketing, public relations, and supports strategic growth for the firm.
Prior to joining the financial services industry, Paige built strong credentials in both sales and operations.
She excelled as a top sales representative at Cookie Lee, and later worked in a leadership role with California Closets where she honed her expertise in customer engagement, project management and high-end client service.
Bringing this combined perspective of client-first service and strategic business development to her current role, Paige is uniquely positioned to clients not only with financial and insurance planning goals, but with seamless care, communication and long-term relationship building.

Outside the office, Paige enjoys sipping wine, traveling, supporting her beloved Baltimore Ravens and spending time with her husband, Kevin, and fur baby, Curri.
As the Director of Operations, Kathy is responsible for managing office workflow,
compliance, policy, procedures, and analytics.
Her background and expertise as a highly successful business owner, corporate spokeswoman, and national account manager for a Fortune 100 company, brings decades of experience to the team.
Kathy has worked in healthcare, corporate management, private practice, and consulting.
She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in Dietetics, and qualified for the fast-track program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus; earning a BSN in Nursing.
In her spare time, she enjoys creating and improving filing systems, as well as playing the ukulele and piano, and traveling with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Fun fact: Kathy’s mother was the head violinist for renowned American conductor, Arthur Fielder, and the Boston Pops. Her violin was passed on to her daughter, Kathy, and eventually to granddaughter, Kristin Kelly.
Tom, a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, attended Dartmouth College, in New Hampshire.
He was the signal caller (quarterback) for the football team, and graduated with a degree in Geography and Urban Studies. He then went on to complete his MBA from DePaul University, in Chicago, Illinois.
Tom’s expert-level knowledge in the finance, insurance and employee benefits markets, comes from decades of experience; most recently as the Associate Commissioner, for the Maryland Insurance Administration, as well as the Chief Analyst for Compliance and Enforcement, for the State of Maryland.
He and his wife (Kathy) enjoy traveling and having adventures with their three children and eight grandchildren.
Fun fact: Tom’s father was a Battalion Chief in the fire service and his uncle, Charley Marshall, played Tight-end for one of the original NFL teams, the Staten Island Stapletons.

Before launching his business career, Andrew spent nearly a decade as a professional soccer player, competing for several
of the league’s top teams and earning multiple accolades.
His athletic career took him across the country and internationally, where he gained a reputation for his work ethic, leadership, and competitive spirit.
After a career-ending injury, Andrew transitioned into coaching, founding a powerhouse youth soccer club in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Under his leadership, his high school team captured multiple state championships, and he was recognized as Coach of the Year before advancing to the collegiate coaching level.
In addition to coaching, Andrew partnered with a former professional teammate to develop an international sports apparel company, where he spent the past decade driving its growth into one of the most sought-after brands among top professional athletes worldwide.
His leadership spanned marketing, e-commerce, retail operations, professional player relations, manufacturing, and business development.
Andrew brings a unique perspective to athletes transitioning from professional sports into their post-field careers—helping them establish financial stability and long-term success.
A graduate of Towson University, Andrew earned his B.S. in Social Sciences while competing on an athletic scholarship. Today, he continues to share his love for the game by coaching his children, Thomas, Ari, & Esme. Andrew, his wife Shaina, their kids and rescue dog, Finny, enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening and traveling.

Fun Facts: Caitlin spent a year abroad in the U.K., coaching youth lacrosse and developing physical education programs in schools across the country.
Her husband, Jed Prossner, is a Division I Hall of Fame Lacrosse player from the University of North Carolina (UNC) and was the #2 overall draft pick in Major League Lacrosse (MLL).
